Player of the Week: Gabriel Dumont

The Bulldogs captain had a big week on the score sheet with five points in three games including a multi-point effort against Rochester. Dumont started his week by registering an assist on Daniel Carr’s second goal of the season and would add another helper on Carr’s second goal of the game later on.

He then capped off his multi-point game by tallying the goal that chased Andrey Makarov from the game. Despite being held pointless in a 3-1 loss to Adirondack Dumont would respond by adding two points in a 4-3 loss the following night. He first assisted on Jacob de la Rose’s first AHL goal which just happened to be shorthanded. Dumont also claimed an assist on Magnus Nygren’s first goal of the season late in the third period.
