Habsent Minded Episode 25: Marc Bergevin was busy so that means we’re busy

After an unintended bye week due to scheduling conflicts, Habsent Minded is back and Jared Book, Scott Matla, and Namiko Hitotsubashi had plenty to tackle due to Marc Bergevin. The trio discusses the two trades acquiring Nate Thompson, Dale Weise, and Christian Folin and whether the Canadiens are improved.

They also talk about the effects the forward depth has had on the Laval Rocket and hope that Michael Chaput clears waivers and breaks a dubious streak.

Ann-Sophie Bettez will make her overdue senior national team debut and it just happens to be in a three-game series against the United States that will be a treat for hockey fans.

Finally, they look ahead at the week ahead and three tough games for the Canadiens in Nashville, Tampa, and Sunrise where the Habs can cement themselves as a playoff team.
