Canadiens vs Leafs Game Thread, rosters, lines, and how to watch

After a blazing start to a season, the Montreal Canadiens have hit their first rough patch of the season.

They’ve lost their last three games, the most recent one to the Carolina Hurricanes last night. Alexander Radulov will most likely be a game time decision, as he has missed the last few games with an illness, and has been sorely missed by the Canadiens.

Carey Price gets the start in goal tonight. He is 20-13-1 all time in his career against Toronto, and is looking to improve on that tonight. Andrew Shaw has looked better for the Habs lately, scoring a goal in their loss yesterday, and is one of my players to watch tonight.

For the Leafs, they’re currently riding a two-game winning streak, and their young guns have looked impressive so far this season.

Auston Matthews has looked great all season for the Leafs, and has shown why he was the first overall pick, but has had his struggles this year, as he’s currently on a 11 game goalless drought. Picking up the slack has been Mitch Marner, who’s been nothing but spectacular for the Leafs, with 7 goals and 9 assists in his rookie season.

Puck Drop is 7:30 PM EST / 4:30 PM PST
