After a solid first period on the road, the Canadiens came out for the second… scratch that, they didn’t come out. I was going to say that they came out asleep, but the only player who really came out for the second period was Carey Price.

Price stopped 19/21 shots in the second period, including a penalty shot attempt by Eric Staal. Price is giving his team a chance to win this game, they have 20 minutes to realize this and take advantage.

Lots of focus was on Yannick Weber for taking the penalty that lead to Staal getting that chance, but when you play a guy twice in 24 games, don’t you expect some rust?
