Tickets for the Molson AHL Outdoor Classic, featuring the Hamilton Bulldogs and Toronto Marlies at Yvor Wynne Stadium are now on sale.
The game, officially dubbed the 2012 Boston Pizza “Steeltown Showdown”, will be played on Saturday January 21 at 7pm, and ticket purchase also includes admission to the 2012 PepsiCo AHL Outdoor Classic Alumni / Celebrity Game and a post-game concert at the stadium. Those events will take place the Friday night prior.
Now before you go calling the box office or hitting the Ticketmaster website, the first wave of tickets go to Bulldogs, Marlies and Hamilton Tiger-Cats(CFL) season ticket holders.
General public tickets will go on sale on Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 at 10:00 a.m, and range from $29.50 to $89.50. Full ticket details, and where to get them can be found on the Bulldogs site.
Construction of the rink is scheduled to start on January 2, and public ice rental will be made available from January 16 up until January 28.
Both teams will have practices on the Thursday and Friday afternoons leading up to the game,
