Nearly out of the playoff race a couple of weeks ago, a resurgence from the Laval Rocket has them back in the hunt. The team went 4-0-0 on its most recent road trip, and currently sits one point up on the Cleveland Monsters for the fifth and final spot in the division, while the Monsters have a game in hand. A win for Laval tonight would give them control of their own destiny with four games remaining.

Ahead of the most important match on the season, reinforcements have arrived from the NHL team as Cayden Primeau and Corey Schueneman have been returned to the squad after spending the week on the Montreal Canadiens’ roster. Primeau gets the start in goal, while Pierrick Dubé and Joël Teasdale try to take care fo the scoring at the other end.
