Sebastian Collberg Elitserien Frölunda Last Week 0 0 0 0

Allsvenskan Örebro HK

Collberg is starting to produce as expected in the Allsvenskan, and if his linemates would finish he might be nearing a point per game.

Erik Nystrom Super Elit U20 Modo U20 Last Week 2 0 1 1
Total 22 8 16 24

Nystrom seems to have proven all he needs to in the U20 league, as he’s been loaned to Karlskrona HK of the Allsvenskan to see if he can prove himself at a new level. This is a big move for Nystrom so his point production is going to go down, but he could really establish himself as a legit prospect if this move pans out.

Andreas Engqvist KHL Atlant Mystichi Last Week 4 0 0 0

It’s been a loooong time since Engqvist notched a point after a hot start. He’s not exactly a prospect anymore either so it may be time to cut him off.

Alex Galchenyuk OHL Sarnia Sting Last Week 2 1 1 2
Total 24 14 23 37

After a seven game point streak Galchenyuk was held pointless last night in a blowout loss for Sarnia, likely because I jinxed him by talking about his point streak earlier in the day. My bad guys. Galchenyuk also missed a game with the flu this week, so that could have played a part. Galchenyuk has a 8 point lead on the next highest scoring Sarnia Sting player, and based on NHL Equivalency, would be on pace for about 38 points in a full NHL season.

Vail has been a bit colder of late but even with his cold streak he’s managed to maintain a point per game pace. Vail’s point lead on the Spitfires has also evaporated to just 1 after being up by 7 at one point.
