Montreal Canadiens prospects media interviews from the Habs development camp

Montreal’s development camp got underway today, and 50 players were invited to camp.

As is usually the case, it’s a good time to catch up with prospects we know, and meet prospects that are new to the system, like Nikita Scherbak and Jiri Sekac.

Andrew Berkshire is attending the camp, and you can check out his updates here. We’ll have videos and picture galleries available as soon as possible.

The camp will run until July 11, and serves as a perfect opportunity for management to assess the development path of their prospects. A few notable prospects missing are Tinordi, Reway and Nygren.

First off, here’s mobile d-man Nathan Beaulieu:

Unknown forward and recent free agent signing Jiri Sekac:

Donald’s son, Daniel Audette. Recent fifth-round draft pick.

2013 first-round pick Michael McCarron:

We’ll have more coverage of the Montreal Canadiens development camp on day two. Stay tuned!
