- Only with the Toronto Maple Leafs, could a baby photo create a goaltending controversy. [The Leafs Nation]
- Fewer Canadian viewers tuned into the Stanley Cup finals this year. Average viewership was down 12% over the entire six games and down 20% for the last game of the series. [Toronto Star]

- The Colorado Avalanche seem willing to part with center Ryan O’Reilly, provided they receive a defenseman in return. O’Reilly is set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of next season. [NHL]
