After a bit of shakeup in the latter stages of the previous game versus the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Montreal Canadiens’ coaching staff has decided to keep a few of those rearranged elements intact.
First of all, the initial wave of the power play with keep Alexander Radulov alongside Alex Galchenyuk, as that duo has shown a lot of promise is its time together.

Radulov – Galchenyuk – Gallagher
Pacioretty -Desharnais – Shaw

It also means the Max Pacioretty – David Desharnais – Andrew Shaw line survives for another game.
The even-strength lines keep the same combinations.

It will be interesting to see which groups end up getting the matchups versus the line of Auston Matthews, and whether they will hold this formation for the entire 60 minutes.
