Habsent Minded Episode 16: Price, prospects and playoffs?

The Montreal Canadiens had a successful road trip in Western Canada, and we’re celebrating by giving you one episode for each win.

The first part, recorded before Saturday’s game against the Vancouver Canucks is with Jared Book and Patrik Bexell. They talk about Carey Price’s game against the Calgary Flames and the potential mental hurdles he had to overcome.

Then they go on to talk about the depth in the Laval Rocket, notably Jake Evans and Lukas Vejdemo. Prospect talk continues as they discuss the World Juniors and Alexander Romanov.

In part two, recorded on Sunday, Jared and Namiko Hitotsubashi talk about the win against the Vancouver Canucks, and then move to the week ahead where four games against potential Eastern Conference playoff teams take centre stage.

How the Habs play against the Washington Capitals, New Jersey Devils, Buffalo Sabres, and Boston Bruins will go a long way to telling us where this team is among the Eastern Conference playoff contenders.
