Given another 30 games in a regular schedule, we all know the Canadiens would snap out of this funk. There are obvious, glaring weaknesses, but the strengths are still there.

With just 2 games left before the playoffs though, the Canadiens have no time. Perhaps the last minute goal by Lars Eller will be what turns the team around.

Eller’s goal was made possible after a brilliant shift by Jeff Halpern, Brandon Prust, and Colby Armstrong, along with Raphael Diaz. Josh Gorges was on the ice, but didn’t do much.

Josh Gorges has 20 more seconds of ice time than Yannick Weber tonight. Very, very odd.
