The Montreal Canadiens have traded pick 108 for San Jose’s fourth-round pick in 2020. After making four selections in the opening rounds of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, the Montreal Canadiens have traded their pick to next year.

There are plenty of prospects still on the board, but the Canadiens clearly felt it was best to shift some of their assets to next year.
