After their 4-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night, the Montreal Canadiens wrap up the Rookie Showcase portion of their rookie camp against the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday.

Montreal Canadiens vs. Winnipeg Jets

Where: CAA Arena, Belleville
Time: 7:00 p.m. Eastern
How to Watch/Live Stream: RDS.ca

Familiar names on the Jets rookie camp roster include first-round picks Kristian Vesalainen and Ville Heinola as well as Canadiens draft pick Scott Walford.

Alexis Shank will get the start for Montreal after Cayden Primeau made 20 saves on Saturday night. It should also be expected that the healthy players who sat out on Saturday: Jack York, Michael Pezzetta, and Vincent Marleau will play against the Jets. Nicolas Guay is one of the players who will sit out to make room.

*UPDATE* Cayden Primeau is starting in goal.

The Canadiens held an off-ice workout on Sunday with only extra players and Shank putting in work at CAA Arena. Montreal’s rookies will have a final chance to impress on Tuesday afternoon against the U Sports all star team.
