Bennett scored his first goal since his injury in January, and now has 2 points in the two games since his return. It’s hard to judge what the Canadiens have in Bennett since we really don’t get to see him, but his point production as a junior in the NCAA is pretty solid. He’s likely to play as a senior like Greg Pateryn did, as there’s really no room for him in Hamilton.
