With their second pick on day two of the NHL Draft, the Montreal Canadiens have added another defender with the 64th overall pick. Sweden’s Mattias Norlinder will join the Canadiens with the pick Montreal acquired from the Los Angeles Kings for their second of two second-round picks earlier today.
Norlinder played in the Allsvenskan with MODO for 14 games where he had six points. He also spent some time with MODO’s Junior team where he had 21 points.
We will have more on this player soon.
