Habsent Minded Episode 15: Max Domi and the Empire State of Mind

The Montreal Canadiens had another successful week and Jared Book, Scott Matla and Namiko Hitotsubashi talk about the Canadiens’ last week.

Max Domi starts the conversation off, with a look at his strong start to the season. The trio look into possible reasons to the start he’s having, and they say he may be the centre everyone wanted the player he was traded for to be.

They also talk about Kenny Agostino and the depth of the Laval Rocket and how injury problems may not be the end of the world for the team this season.

The discussion then moves on to the last week with games against the Islanders and Rangers and into the week ahead with games against Buffalo and a noteworthy return of a former captain when the Vegas Golden Knights come to town.

They finish off with talk about the 4 Nations Cup and the best rivalry in hockey: Canada vs. USA.
