Habsent Minded Episode 2.44: Our most memorable Canadiens game

Jared Book, Andrew Zadarnowski, Scott Matla, and Namiko Hitotsubashi come together for the latest episode of Habsent Minded.

They start by discussing the news that Alex Belzile and Gustav Olofsson have signed new NHL contracts for the 2020-21 season and what that means for the Laval Rocket going forward and where both players fit in.

They also touch on the breaking news that the NHL Draft was officially postponed, and what that means going forward as well.

After that, they discuss their most memorable Canadiens games. From the Ides of March, to classic playoff series, you will want to hear the trip down memory lane. I, for example, attributed a goal to the wrong person and only realized it while editing.

Which goal and which player? You’ll have to listen to find out (hint: his name rhymes with Alexis Lafrenière).

Also, someone actually picked a loss as their most memorable game. His last name rhymes with Cook.

Most importantly, we hope you and yours are all safe and healthy and that this podcast gets your mind off things for a bit.

The podcast should be available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Spotify if you subscribe to it there.
