The Montreal Canadiens have selected Cole Caufield at 15th overall in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
Caufield put together one of the greatest offensive seasons the draft has seen, netting more than a goal per game at each level he played. Montreal needed a goal-scorer, and they may have stolen the best one the draft had to offer.
