Charles Hudon reassigned to the AHL by the Montreal Canadiens

After their loss to the New Jersey Devils, the Montreal Canadiens sent Charles Hudon back to the Laval Rocket of the AHL.

The winger had just been recalled ahead of Saturday’s game as the team needed another forward with injuries to both Jonathan Drouin and Paul Byron.

Hudon played well in his time on the fourth line, seeing 7:52 of action but not receiving any time on special teams, which featured throughout nearly the entirety of the third period.

He returns to Laval where he had been seeing plenty of success on offence in the past few days. Hopefully he can continue that play for the next time the Habs are looking to add a winger to the roster.
