Canadiens vs Wild game thread & lineups

How do I write a preview for a Canadiens game on a day when the fanbase is clearly preoccupied with thoughts of passing of a legend? Difficult to do and far beyond my abilities as a writer. Needless to say the Canadiens, the NHL, and Canada lost the epitome of class and elegance last night. Jean Beliveau was irreplaceable and as much a part of the Canadian cultural experience as Mordecai Richler or Nos Amours. It’s the first game without Beliveau as part of the Canadiens family and it will be a hard one as we head into new territory.

Tom Gilbert in, Bryan Allen out. Ryan Suter out, Christian Folin in. Justin Falk down to Iowa. Michael Bournival expected backed as soon as the weekend. Carey Price in the Montreal end, Darcy Kuemper in the Minnesota end.

See you tonight.
