Montreal managed to score twice in a single period. This is not a test. They even managed to score on the power play. Go crazy folks!
Although Vancouver had their fair share of scoring chances, Montreal got the bounces. Subban scored on a snap shot from the point, and Ryan White scored for the first time in ….forever.
The 4th line is looking good, helped by Bournival’s speed, White’s tenacity and Weise’s all around effort.
In the battle of Luongo vs Price there’s been a clear winner through 20 minutes, although it really shouldn’t come down to one game. The fact of the matter is that Price has been the superior goalie all year.
