Canadiens lines at practice: Carey Price starts, Alexander Romanov returns

The Montreal Canadiens continued their rotation in goal and on the blue line Thursday morning at their skate before their game against the Ottawa Senators.

Carey Price will get the start in goal, and Alexander Romanov will return to the team’s blue line.

The rest of the lineup stays the same with no changes to the team’s forward lines or their top two pairings. Victor Mete, after playing his first two games of the season, returns to the press box. It will be interesting to see whether the rotation will continue on Saturday, or if the team will return to this lineup for the next few games. Brett Kulak and Romanov sat in the previous two games.

This is the first of back-to-back games against the Senators. The two teams will play in Ottawa on Saturday afternoon before Montreal returns home for two more games next week against the Toronto Maple Leafs and Edmonton Oilers.
