The Canadiens came out for the second period ready to hand the game to the Islanders, as Long Island was given unchallenged scoring chance after scoring chance.
Carey Price was bailing them out for awhile, then he wasn’t, and all of a sudden it was 3-1 Islanders after several extremely questionable calls by continual Hab hater Tim Peel.
The flow of the calls went the other way at the end of the second though, and P.K. Subban got the Habs within one before the period ended, and the Habs looked much more composed after that.
Hopefully the Habs get back to their game in the third and don’t give Peel an excuse to put them on the PK.
