Tuesday Habs Headlines: Prospects like Hudon and Andrighetto are providing a much-needed boost

  • The Habs recent call-ups, led by Sven Andrighetto, have been playing pretty well and fitting in nicely for the injury-plagued team. [Metro]
  • Michel Therrien confirmed it will be Dustin Tokarski between the pipes tonight, getting his third-straight start against the San Jose Sharks. [LP]
  • Brendan Gallagher skated on Monday, for the first time since his November 22 injury. His goal is to return for the Winter Classic. [Canadiens]

  • Torrey Mitchell was back doing line rushes penalty kill work during practice on Monday. All signs point to a return tonight against San Jose. [JDM]
