Group A Preliminary Games

2 PM ET: Finland vs Switzerland

Finland is coming off of a win against Germany in their tournament opener, and will look to keep the winning going. Topi Niemela, Henri Nikkanen, and Aku Räty lead the Finns with two points each. Switzerland had a disappointing start to their tournament with a 1-0 loss to Slovakia on Friday. They will look to bounce back to get to the quarterfinal, but their best chance will likely be against the Germans. The game will be on TSN 1/4/5 in Canada and NHL Network in the US.

6 PM ET: Slovakia vs Canada

Slovakia had a huge win against Switzerland and will look to solidify their spot in a tough matchup against Canada. Roman Faith scored the only goal in the game, and Simon Latkoczy made 28 saves in the shutout. Canada is coming off of a 16-2 win over Germany, led by six points from Dylan Cozens. The game will be on TSN 1/4/5 and RDS in Canada and NHL Network in the US.

Group B Preliminary Game

9:30 PM ET: Russia vs Czech Republic

Russia had a huge win in their opener against the United States on the back of two goals from Vasily Ponomaryov and solid goaltending from Yaroslav Askarov. They will also look to avenge their loss to the Czechs in last year’s round robin. The Czech Republic suffered a tough loss to Sweden on Saturday despite taking an early 1-0 lead. The game will be on TSN 1/4/5 and RDS2 in Canada, NHL Network in the US.

All games shown on TSN will be streamed on TSN Live in Canada, but it requires a subscription.
