Lise-Marie joins the "old-fart" club, and she's proud of it. We are joined by Jessica Pincente to talk about the CWHL Pave the Way events in Toronto and in Calgary. Jenny Scrivens announced her retirement as a player and a league employee, a huge loss for the NWHL but it seems to be a gain for the Scrivens family. Was #BestKessel good or bad, and who exactly is the best Kessel?

We also talk about the Hockey Canada training and conditioning camp, and the upcoming Hockey USA camp. The NWHL is possibly extending their season, while their star Hilary Knight picks up a meaningful award. Talking about Hilary Knight leads us to a dogs vs. cats debate thanks to a great YouTube video.

We also give a nod to Fresh Ice, a fantastic series of comics on Molly Brooks' observations from the year that was for women's hockey in North America.
