Tuesday Habs Links – Which Canadiens made Canada’s WJC Camp?

It’s time to wind your clocks back to 6 AM because it’s links post time!

Montreal Canadiens Links

P.K. Subban saved a goal last night, and then he did it again. That’s not including the 2-on-1 he broke up without giving up a shot, AGAIN. He also had five blocked shots. The guy’s an absolute beast on defense. It’s obviously time people recognized that. I’m sure we’re preaching to the choir at this point, but you know.

Douglas Murray struggled again last night, as did the pairing of Emelin and Gorges. Check out the fancystats here, and Andrew’s game recap here. Generally, the Canadiens won’t win games like the one they played last night. But I guess that’s why Carey Price is so great.

Charles Hudon and Zach Fucale were among a smallish group of players invited to Canada’s world juniors camp. Hudon would have been on the team last year if not for an injury, so he is a lock. Fucale is in contention to start in goal.

Justin Bourne is back with another great systems analyst post, check it out.

I wrote about why Ryan Suter shouldn’t be in the Norris Trophy voting while using as little fancystats as possible. Read that here
