Tuesday Habs Headlines: Torrey Mitchell’s Halloween Terror

  • When Torrey Mitchell was a rookie with the San Jose Sharks, veteran and noted prankster Jeremy Roenick got him and fellow rookie Devin Setoguchi good at Halloween. In a stunt intended for Tracy Morgan’s show Scare Tactics (but never aired), he lured Mitchell to a secret party, only for the party to turn into a vampire feast, with Roenick pretending to drink a glass of blood, and the party host appearing to feast on organs of a young lady. Mitchell didn’t think it was so funny though, allegedly still trembling as the trio returned to the Las Vegas card tables where they’d begun their evening once the gig was up. [La Presse, FR]
