The St. John's IceCaps, the new AHL affiliate for the Montreal Canadiens, has hinted on twitter that "A change is coming". What that means? Most likely there's going to be some alteration to the jersey's colour scheme, but here's the tweet to see for yourself:

The biggest change for the IceCaps has already come, with them no longer being the AHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets, but they still need a website re-design, and possibly a jersey change. We already know that there will be a Habs logo on the shoulder of next seasons' jersey, but we don't know much else, aside from the fact that they will stay the IceCaps.
When you look at last season's IceCaps jerseys, there isn't much there that makes you think about the Canadiens, though as someone with family from Newfoundland, I love the touch on the alternate jersey with the province's flag on the shoulder.
The announcement could be as simple as a website overhaul, but that seems like a fairly unexciting thing to tease about on Twitter.
The change will come in just two days, May 28th, 2015, so we don't have to wait long to find out. What changes would you make for the IceCaps jersey? Would you just change the colours to Bleu, Blanc, et Rouge? Or perhaps a total re-haul of the shoulders, arms, and waist striping? Would you change the logo?
For what it's worth, the twitter avatar of the IceCaps is now in black and white only, hinting that perhaps a colour change is what we should expect.
