It has been a quiet morning all around the league, with a few whispers, but no action so far. However, it would appear the Montreal Canadiens are working towards landing Radim Vrbata from the Arizona Coyotes.
Action picking up on Vrbata and the Montreal Canadiens remain in the mix of teams most interested.

Vrbata would be a big get and helps to shore up the top six in Montreal. With 47 points in 62 games for the Coyotes the offence is clearly there for the Czech winger.
He is one of the top players available on the market, and it will be interesting to see what he fetches on the market, whether it be Montreal or elsewhere.
