With their second pick on day two of the NHL Draft, the Montreal Canadiens have selected forward Jan Mysak from the Hamilton Bulldogs of the Ontario Hockey League at 48th overall.

Mysak had 15 goals and 10 assists in 22 games played last year with the Hamilton Bulldogs. The centre is 5’10”, 175 lbs and was 25th in EOTP’s consensus rankings.
The Canadiens still have one more second round pick, at 57th overall. The 49th pick was forfeited by the Arizona Coyotes.
