Habs lines vs. the Blackhawks: No lineup changes from last night, Montoya gets the start
Greg Pateryn will be a healthy scratch for the third consecutive game.
After a convincing win over the Detroit Red Wings last night, the coaching staff has decided to keep the skating contingent intact for tonight’s game in Chicago. The only change is that Carey Price gets the night off in favour of Al Montoya for the non-divisional matchup with the Blackhawks.

The decision in goal isn’t surprising given the pre-season comments that Price’s starts would be limited this year, virtually guaranteeing that the backup would get one of the games in each back-to-back set.
His last game being a 10-0 debacle in Columbus, it will very interesting to see how Montoya fares against the Western Conference’s best team, and some early saves will be critical for his confidence.
