- Michael McCarron made some big changes this offseason:/
Mike McCarron told us yesterday that he’s gained a lot of muscle mass and shed a lot of fat. He’s down to 8.8% body fat and was hovering closer to 10% last year. Every point counts. He also hired a skating coach and worked a lot on his starts and his edges.
