Ann-Sophie Bettez of Les Canadiennes was named the CWHL's player of the month for the month of January. Les Canadiennes went 8-0 in their eight games and Bettez was a big part of that despite playing with different linemates throughout the month.

Bettez also played in the CWHL's All-Star Game in January. It was her second All-Star Game appearance.
In her eight games, Bettez had four goals and nine assists for 13 points as she jumped from top-10 in points into second spot. Bettez was actually tied for the league lead in points in the dying minutes of Saturday's 5-2 win against Calgary before Marie-Philip Poulin scored an empty net goal to take back sole possession of the lead.
Bettez was a big part of Les Canadiennes 8-0 run in January and their nine game winning streak that is still ongoing. The team continues their push to the Clarkson Cup this weekend with two games against the Brampton Thunder.
