After losing back-to-back games at the Bell Centre, the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs will play Game 5 of their North Division Semifinal.

Toronto, with a 3-1 series lead, will try to win their first series in 17 years, while the Canadiens look to secure a Game 6 at the Bell Centre in front of 2,500 fans and extend their season at least one more game.

Erik Gustafsson will play his first playoff game with the Canadiens after sitting out the first four games of the series. He will take the spot of Brett Kulak on the third pairing. He has five assists in 15 career NHL post-season games, including four assists in 10 games last year with the Calgary Flames.

He skated with Jon Merrill in morning skate. Brett Kulak skated with Alexander Romanov.

It also appears there will be no changes up front, as the lines at morning skate were the same as they were in Game 4.

Artturi Lehkonen has not played since the first period in Game 3. Jake Evans hasn’t played since he left Game 1.

Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe confirmed that they will once again be without Nick Foligno, who has missed the last two games.
