Montreal Canadiens cut three more players from training camp

The Habs reduce their roster to 34.

The Montreal Canadiens released three more players this morning, after four were sent to Laval Rocket training camp after last night’s game.

The players are:

  • Zachary Fucale (G, AHL/ECHL)
  • Martin Réway (F, AHL)
  • Nikita Scherbak (F, AHL)

None of these players were able to stand out in training camp. They will now head to AHL camp and attempt to take a roster spot with the Rocket in the team’s inaugural season.

The 34 players still remaining at training camp are:
