Following another frustrating loss, the Montreal Canadiens returned to practice this morning at the Bell Sports Complex in Brossard as they start their preparation for the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday.
Claude Julien changed his lines in the game on Tuesday, and those changes took hold today at practice as he looks to jumpstart his offence.

Artturi Lehkonen used his strong audition yesterday to keep a spot on the top line, but the rest gets shaken up. Paul Byron gets a spot next to Tomas Plekanec and Brendan Gallagher. Charles Hudon takes Alex Galchenyuk’s on the line with Phillip Danault and Andrew Shaw.
That leaves Alex Galchenyuk at the centre of a controversial decision: on the left wing of Torrey Mitchell and Ales Hemsky.
It will interesting to see if this changes prior to the game on Saturday. The Habs have one more practice and a day off before Saturday’s game.
On defence, more of the same as Brandon Davidson keeps his spot after two solid performances. Joe Morrow and Mark Streit are still on the outside looking in with David Schlemko still injured.
