News and lines from Tuesday's Montreal Canadiens practice

With their backs against the wall, the Habs are desperately seeking new line combinations to end the scoring drought

Eric Bolte-USA TODAY Sports

With David Desharnais' absence, and the shellacking that took place during game two, it's not surprising that Michel Therrien has put together a brand new set of lines.

Here's what the forward lineup looks like at practice this morning.

It's also worth noting that Nathan Beaulieu made the trip to Tampa Bay with the team.

As for Desharnais, after missing the initial flight to Tampa Bay, he made his way there today, but his status is uncertain for game three.

Andrei Markov was receiving some patch work on his right hand before practice.

On the Lightning side of the coin, they may have to play game three without Cedric Paquette. He'll be a game-time decision.

Update: Nathan Beaulieu's status is unchanged as of now, he will not play in games three or four according to Therrien.
