It was reported this morning that Brendan Gallagher would miss at least 4 weeks of action. The Canadiens have updated his status, and now place the recovery at a minimum of 6 weeks.

As for Torrey Mitchell, he'll miss another week at the very least, as he deals with a "lower-body injury".

Some good news on the injury front: Devante Smith-Pelly is ready to return to play.
He's currently practicing on the first line, alongside Max Pacioretty and Tomas Plekanec, so we can expect him to get a healthy boost of ice time in the near future.
