Defenceman Simon Bourque, acquired by the #NHLJets in the salary-cap dump trade for Joel Armia and Steve Mason, has opted to retire from hockey. Winnipeg put him on waivers this week to terminate his contract. Bourque had been sent from the #MBMoose to the ECHL.
