Chad DeDominicis from Expected Buffalo, and previously of Die by the Blade, joins Patrik Bexell on the podcast to discuss a team that will struggle this season.

The Buffalo Sabres are in dire straits. From the Jack Eichel injury/trade request, and a subpar roster that is without #1 overall pick Owen Power, who is staying in college for an additional year, it will be tough for the Sabres to avoid the cellar — not only of the division, but the entire league.

Is there a worse goalie tandem in the league than Craig Anderson and Dustin Tokarski?

There are some interesting tidbits around the team. Can Rasmus Dahlin finally take the step forward and lead the team, as well as be that defensive rock that he set out to be when he left Frölunda? What about the emergence of several young forwards?

What can Don Granato do, and what is his mission as the Sabres set out for what should be another tough year.
