Habsent Minded Episode 2.18: How you Drouin?

Patrik Bexell, Jared Book, and Julian McKenzie get together to discuss the most recent week for the Montreal Canadiens.

This podcast was recorded on Monday afternoon and due to technical difficulties, it is a little bit shorter than usual. Because of the issues, it also took longer for it to be uploaded and since it came out after Tuesday’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Jared recorded a mini recap on the game.

In discussing the potential trap game in the home opener, they also talk about trends through the first part of the season including the defence allowing goals, and the offence scoring them.

They discuss the balanced scoring the Canadiens have been getting, but they do discuss perhaps the best of the bunch, Jonathan Drouin. It is still early in the season to make any declarations, but there’s a lot to be encouraged with in regards to Drouin’s start.
