A pair of additions made their way to the Montreal Canadiens development camp.
Forward Étienne Brodeur, who played last season with the now defunct Lewiston Maineiacs (QMJHL), and defenseman Josh McFadden, of the Sudbury Wolves (OHL) joined the small band of Canadiens draft picks Wednesday in Brossard.
Brodeur finished ninth in the Q in scoring (53 goals, 30 assists) but his size (5’9″) may have left the now 20-year-old off the radar of NHL scouts
Josh McFadden, also 20 years of age, got word of the invite on Saturday. He spoke to the Sudbury Star on being invited to the camp.
