Habs lines at practice: Desharnais at risk of losing his spot

Interestingly, David Desharnais was alternative with Phillip Danault as the third line centre, which makes for a delicate situation. Is this the first sign that Desharnais is falling out of favour with the coach? Historically speaking, that’s probably not what will happen, but the fact of the matter remains neither Pacioretty, Desharnais, or Shaw have been very productive in recent games.

Translation: Danault will not be removed from the lineup, which means Desharnais is at risk of missing the game versus the Kings if we rely on the practice lines. Desharnais has zero points in his last nine games.
