They said it

  • “[The key to victory] will be who has the best team. Not just the best players but having the best team and for us our slogan was ‘The Perfect Mix’ and we really believe that we’re ready and we have everything we need in our power to lead us to be the best we can be [on Sunday].” - Les Canadiennes forward Ann-Sophie Bettez
  • “Last weekend was a big weekend back home for the community and for Nova Scotia. It definitely has been a huge focus for the past few weeks but now that we’re winding down [...] it’s obviously time to gear the focus to Clarkson Cup, so just stay in the moment and keeping our eyes on the prize.” - Les Canadiennes forward Jill Saulnier
  • “We have a lot of depth in our lineup so on any given day anyone can step up and score a big goal up and down the lineup.” - Calgary Inferno forward Brianne Jenner.
  • “They are always very competitive games. There’s a lot of talent on both teams and it’s a real showcase for women’s hockey and for our rivalry. I love playing against Montreal and beating them so hopefully we have that success.” - Calgary Inferno forward Rebecca Johnston
