1st period:
- Mikhail Sergachev is out there, making me nostalgic for the very brief amount of time we could call him ours. Sigh.
- Tampa doesnt look bad, but I’m not dazzled. I wanted to be dazzled. Whatever happened to the 2018-19 Lightning? They were great.
- Joel Armia and Jesperi Kotkaniemi are trying to make something happen. Oh! They did. They made a power play happen.
- In Classic Habs power play fashion, Tampa get the early breakaway chance.
- Petry! A POWER-PLAY GOAL. /

- Carey Price didn’t have to make a save against Hedman. Instead he just intimidated the puck right off his stick. It’s a neat trick.
- Well, if the Canadiens are going to let Tampa spend all day in their end, they really can’t be surprised when they get scored on. /
2nd period:
- Oh my Danault. He and Lehkonen almost made a pretty.
- Stamkos succeeds where Lehkonen failed. Carey Price does not appreciate that.
- Carey Price also does not appreciate the next one either.
- Jeff Petry, throwing hits, scoring goals. Is this what they mean when they say “get you a man who can do both”?/

3rd period:
- Vasilevskiy is very, very good.
- The Lightning really picked up momentum, and all things considered Montreal is holding on fairly well.
- Shea Weber is not looking so good out there. Also our power play, but that is to be expected.
- Tampa is still pretty darn good at hockey. And I miss Sergachev. /
