Canadiens vs. Canucks: Game thread, rosters, lines, and how to watch

The Montreal Canadiens play one more game before their bye week, taking on a Vancouver Canucks team playing the second half of a back-to-back set.

Adding injury to the insult of a shootout loss at the hands of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Christopher Tanev was forced to the leave the game last night after taking a puck to the face. He will not be in the lineup tonight.

But it’s not all bad news for the Canucks, as Sven Baertschi, who has been out with a fractured jaw since early December, will be back in the lineup tonight.

The Canadiens brought Victor Mete back to the team after he won gold with Team Canada at the World Juniors, but will not play tonight’s game. Carey Price will be in net after having missed yesterday’s practice session with the flu.

Puck drop is at 7:00 PM EST / 4:00 PM PST
