Canadiens lines at practice, October 16: Schlemko did not travel with team to California
The defenceman is still sore as the Habs get set for the Sharks on Tuesday
The Montreal Canadiens went back to practice in San Jose today, and the team revealed that David Schlemko, who was recalled from his conditioning stint on Friday did not travel with the team to California.

Laval plays again on Friday night, so it remains to be seen whether Schlemko will join the team later in the week (the team plays Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) or if he will play again in the AHL. It’s also possible that he has another ailment that is keeping him out of the lineup.
Apparently Schlemko is still a bit sore after playing for the Rocket on Friday.
#Habs: David Schlemko n’a pas fait le voyage en Californie. Il a encore mal à sa main. Il avait joué vendredi pour le Rocket à Laval.

After a tough loss to the Maple Leafs, no changes were made to the forward lines with Torrey Mitchell and Jacob de la Rose rotating at the fourth centre spot.
