Montreal Canadiens and Bulldogs General Manager Marc Bergevin announced today that Hamilton will open their season with 14 forwards, eight defencemen, and two goaltenders.

The roster includes 10 players who are returning to the Bulldogs this season, as well as plenty of new faces with 14 newcomers.

Hamilton’s forwards for the upcoming season include Justin Courtnall, Maxime Macenauer, Michael Blunden, Erik Nystrom, Akim Aliu, Louis Leblanc, Joonas Nattinen, Sven Andrighetto, Patrick Holland, Gabriel Dumont, Ben Duffy, Stefan Fournier, Nick Tarnasky and Martin St. Pierre.

The Bulldogs’ blueline will consist of Greg Pateryn, Darren Dietz, Nathan Beaulieu, Nathan McIver, Drew Schiestel, Magnus Nygren, Morgan Ellis and Joel Chouinard.
